Refund policy

No refunds on cut fabric. Once fabric has been cut, it cannot be returned or refunded.
Custom & handmade items are final sale. Due to the custom nature of quilts, table runners, pot holders, and batting packages, returns and refunds are not accepted.
Damaged items: If your order arrives damaged, you must notify us within 3 business days. Please include clear photos of the product, packaging, and any visible damage. Most packages include insurance, and photos help us file a claim.
Handcrafted variations: Because our products are handmade, slight variations in size, color, shape, or minor imperfections are normal and part of the handcrafted process.
